Artist's Description
This is one of a number of species affectionately nicknamed "Leaf Sheep" or "Shaun the Sheep" after the Wallace and Grommit character with a similar face shape and beady eyes. These critters are tiny, only reaching 4mm in length. They hang out on one particular type of seaweed, so once you know where to look, you can find them fairly easily. Due to their tiny size, photography is a challenge, but the details are so rewarding if you can get them.
About Brian Weber
I am based in Massachusetts, spending my clear nights outside taking pictures of space, and calm days scuba diving in the chilly northern Atlantic. If you see an image you like and it isn't aligned properly on a product or doesn't look quite right, please feel free to contact me and I'll try to get it just right.
