This is my second published version of this nebula, this time with more exposure time and processing in the Foraxx color palette to emphasize the blue oxygen and blend the typically red Ha into an orange color. In the center blue area, you can see the famous Pillars of Creation captured beautifully by Hubble and the James Webb Space telescope, but easily visible with even my short focal length.

I am based in Massachusetts, spending my clear nights outside taking pictures of space, and calm days scuba diving in the chilly northern Atlantic.
